This spotlight features our most popular dish: The Flaming Molcajete – a delicious dish served in a lava rock with grilled chicken & beef fajita, chorizo, diablo shrimp, salsa verde & Oaxaca cheese. The dish is best known for it’s crowd pleasing appearance as it makes its way out of our kitchen (on FIRE!) to your table and is served with guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, ranchero beans & flour tortillas.
